Register your return
Register your return with your order number and the email used for your purchase. Our extended return period is 30 days from delivery. After the statutory withdrawal period, items must be unused, unwashed and have their original tags. Statutory rights remain in place.
Choose the items you wish to return and whether you want a refund, a size exchange or a gift card.
Send your parcel
After registration, your return label and instructions are sent by email. Pack your items and follow those instructions to send your return.
No return label is included in the parcel.
Refunds & exchanges
Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive your return. Your bank may need additional time.

Returns outside Norway
Email hi@preapres.no with your order number and the items you wish to return before posting your parcel. We will confirm return costs and customs instructions.
