Return or exchange an item in our return portal. Have your order number and email ready — no need to email us first.

Returns & Exchanges

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and returned with all original tags attached.

Start your return online

Register your return in our return portal using your order number and the email address used for the order.

Select the items you want to return and choose a refund or a size exchange. Once the return is registered, you will receive an email with a prepaid return label and all instructions. A return label is not included in the package.

Drop the parcel off at your nearest service point and follow the return status through the link in the email.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, choose the new size in the return portal. Only sizes currently in stock will be shown. If your preferred size is unavailable, choose a refund instead.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive your return. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time before the amount appears.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please submit a claim through our claims portal before returning it.
