Return costs in Norway

For change-of-mind returns for a refund in Norway, the prepaid return label costs NOK 49.

For returns from outside Norway, email hi@preapres.no for shipping, cost and customs instructions before posting your parcel.

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unworn

In their original condition

Returned with all original tags attached

 

How to return

For returns in Norway, open the portal from our Returns & Exchanges page and enter your order number and the email used for your order.

Select the items you want to return, choose a refund, gift card or an available size exchange, and follow the instructions for your prepaid return label. The label costs NOK 49 for a refund and is free for a size exchange or gift card in Norway.

Drop the package off at your nearest service point, and follow the status of your return via the link in the email.

If the portal cannot find your order or shows a closed return window while you are still within 30 days of delivery, email us and we will help you register your return.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, simply choose it in the return portal — you'll only see sizes that are actually in stock.

For exchanges through our Norwegian return portal, the new size is released for packing when the carrier registers that you have handed in your return. You will receive tracking when it ships. For international exchanges, contact us for arrangements.

If your preferred size is out of stock, choose a refund instead.

Gift cards

For returns through our Norwegian return portal, you can choose a gift card instead of a refund. The gift card is issued when the carrier registers that you have handed in your return.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving your return.

Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take 1–2 billing cycles before the refund appears in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping costs are refunded when you return your entire order. For partial returns, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us before returning the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags attached.
