Returns

Items can be returned within 21 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unworn

In their original condition

Returned with all original tags attached

 

How to return

To start a return, please email hi@preapres.no with:

Subject: Return + Order Number

Once approved, we will send you a QR code. Simply show the QR code at your drop-off point to print your return label.

Please complete the return card included in your package and place it inside the return parcel. Returns received without a completed return card may be delayed or unable to be processed.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, simply select your preferred size on the return card.

If your requested size is available, we will send it out once your return has been processed.

If your requested size is out of stock, your item will be refunded automatically.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 4-5 days of receiving your return.

Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take 1–2 billing cycles before the refund appears in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us before returning the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags attached.
